This workshop is all about getting organised in the kitchen, prepping in advance, meal planning and eating well.
Jen shares tips about prepping in advance, creating good flavour, how easy putting together meals can be when you’re organised. Meal planning can mean different things for different people, there is no wrong way!
This workshop includes both demonstration and hands on cooking. We will eat lunch together at the end.
For this class we will be cooking some Mexican vibes. All seasonal! Eat your favourite Mexican inspired flavours without having to buy ingredients that are out of season.
– Chilli sin carne (a MM member favourite)
– Pumpkin quesadillas
– A Mexi slaw
– A quick punchy spicy sauce, salsa, some pickles and a yoghurt based sauce.
This class is meat-free. You take home a recipe set with some extra ones added in and it also gets emailed to you after the class as a PDF.
Bring a container to take home leftovers. Jen will be in contact closer to the class time.
